Warranty Repair for Office Equipment
Print-Image is an authorized service center for the leading manufacturers. Servicing your equipment with us doesn’t void the factory warranty — it confirms it.

Authorized Service
Our engineers complete manufacturer training programs. Branded uniforms are part of authorized status.

What “Authorized Service” Actually Means
Office equipment manufacturers grant authorized service center status to partners who have completed manufacturer training, employ certified engineers, and follow defined service standards. We hold this status from 21+ brands — which is why we have the right to perform warranty repairs on their behalf.

How a Warranty Repair Works
Warranty Status Check
We verify the unit’s serial number against the manufacturer’s database, confirm the date of sale, and calculate the remaining warranty term. If coverage is active — the repair is free for you.
Diagnostics
Our engineer identifies the root cause and determines whether the case is covered. Manufacturers honor warranty for production defects — not for damage caused by improper handling or physical impact.
Coordination With the Manufacturer
For complex cases (replacement of expensive assemblies, formal claims) we coordinate the spare-parts swap or full unit exchange with the manufacturer. It stays free for you — we handle the communication.
Repair and Hand-Off
Original spare parts, factory-grade procedures, full post-repair testing. The unit is handed back with a service report and confirmation that the manufacturer’s warranty continues to apply.
Frequently Asked Questions
I bought my printer in another city — can you still perform the warranty repair?
Yes. Manufacturer warranties are valid throughout Ukraine regardless of where the unit was sold, as long as the dealer was an official one. Bring the device along with the warranty card or receipt and we’ll verify the status in the manufacturer’s system.
What if my warranty has already expired?
In that case the repair becomes a commercial one — we prepare a quote and you make the call. Pricing depends on the model and the nature of the fault, but the diagnostic is free, as always.
Is the warranty still valid if I’ve opened the device myself?
It depends on the manufacturer. Some brands void the warranty when seals are broken; others apply less strict rules. Bring the unit in — we’ll check the status and tell you honestly whether it still qualifies for warranty service.
How long does a warranty repair take?
Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days. For complex cases that require parts to be ordered through the manufacturer from abroad — up to 2–3 weeks. We confirm the timeline once the case is approved by the manufacturer.
What if the warranty card is required as an original but I lost it?
For most modern brands the serial number is enough — registration is handled online by the manufacturer. The card is only needed for older models that weren’t registered digitally.
We’ll Check Your Warranty Free of Charge
Bring the equipment in or send us the serial number — we’ll verify the status and walk you through the options. No hidden fees, no fine print.
