Estimate & approval
We send a list of work and parts with prices. You decide whether to proceed. We don’t replace any component without approval.
Repair
Original parts from authorized suppliers. Standard repair — within one business day. Complex cases (fuser replacement, mainboard issues) — 2–5 business days, with timeline notification upfront.
Warranty
All labor — 3+ month warranty. Replaced parts — manufacturer’s factory warranty. If the issue recurs within the warranty period, the repair is free.
