We founded the company in 1997 as a small printer-repair workshop in Kropyvnytskyi. Authorized service centers were rare in our region back then — and we were among the first to receive official manufacturer certifications.
Today, we’re a full-cycle service center with a team that has 10+ years of experience, authorization from 21+ brands, and thousands of repairs per year. We remain a private, independent company — every customer matters to us personally.

How much does diagnostics cost?
Express diagnostics is free for all customers. In-depth diagnostics with disassembly — UAH 200–500, applied toward the repair cost.
How long does a repair take?
Standard repairs — within one business day. Complex repairs (BGA reflow, major component replacement) — 2–5 business days. Exact timing — after diagnostics.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — 3+ months on labor, manufacturer’s factory warranty on new parts. If the issue recurs — repaired free of charge.
Do you make on-site visits?
Yes — for A3 office equipment, large MFPs, plotters, and network gear. For laptops and desktop printers, it’s easier to bring them to us.
Do you work with corporate contracts?
Yes — full document package, periodic-service contracts, Prozorro participation. We’re a VAT payer on the general taxation system.
