What We Do With Cartridges
A full cartridge service cycle — from a basic refill to a complete remanufacturing with drum replacement
Toner Refill
For laser printers and MFPs. Full cartridge teardown, vacuum cleaning of the hopper, inspection of the drum and magnetic roller, and refilling with reputable toner brands (Static Control, Mitsubishi).
Ink Refill
For inkjet cartridges from Canon, Epson, HP. We use InkTec and OCP inks with color reproduction close to OEM. Printhead priming after the refill is mandatory to prevent dry-out.
Cartridge Remanufacturing
If the cartridge isn’t simply empty but has actual defects — worn drum, damaged wiper blade, clogged hopper — we perform a full rebuild with replacement of every worn component. The result prints like a new cartridge.
Chip Reflashing and Reset
Modern cartridges carry chips that block printing once the “rated yield” is reached. We reflash existing chips or install fresh ones so the cartridge keeps working after the refill.
Why Our Refill Is Different
Anyone can refill a cartridge. Refilling it so the print comes out perfectly — and stays that way — is a different story.
Vacuum hopper cleaning
Old toner residue mixes with fresh toner, producing spots, streaks, and “dusting.” We fully evacuate the old toner with a vacuum pump before refilling.
Drum and component inspection
A worn drum can’t be saved by a refill. We disassemble the cartridge and inspect the OPC drum, magnetic roller, and wiper blade. If a component is past its service life — we flag it and offer a replacement.
Quality consumables
Toner from Static Control or Mitsubishi. InkTec / OCP inks. Chips from verified suppliers. Cheap no-name consumables kill printers fast — we don’t use them.
Test print before release
Every refilled cartridge is verified with a test page on the same printer model it’s destined for. If the test shows defects — we redo it.
How the Refill Works
We Receive the Cartridge
Bring the empty cartridge in, or schedule a courier pickup for corporate orders (5+ cartridges per pickup).
Diagnostic and Teardown
We inspect the cartridge, disassemble it, and assess the wear of each subcomponent. If anything beyond toner or ink is needed, we tell you the price up front.
Cleaning, Refill, Chip Reset
Standard turnaround — 30–60 minutes per cartridge. The majority of orders are ready the same day.
Test Print and Warranty
Warranty covers the cartridge through the rated page yield. If print quality is below OEM or you have any issues — we redo it free of charge.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many times can a cartridge be refilled?
It depends on the model and the condition of the drum. Typically 3–5 refills without component replacement. After that, the OPC drum and/or magnetic roller need to be swapped. We let you know when your cartridge is approaching that limit.
After the refill, the printer reports “cartridge empty” — why?
That’s the chip on the cartridge talking. We reset it or replace it. In 90% of cases there are no warnings after our refill. If there are — bring it back; we fix it free of charge.
Can a refill damage the printer?
A cheap refill with low-grade consumables — yes, it can. We use toner and inks of near-OEM quality, and we always clean out the old toner residue. That protects the print engine from premature wear.
Do you refill cartridges for rare or older models?
Usually yes. We stock consumables for most Canon, HP, Xerox, Brother, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, and Ricoh models — including legacy ones. If something isn’t on hand, we can order it.
How much does a refill cost?
It depends on the cartridge model and the toner volume. A standard refill starts at 150 UAH; remanufacturing with drum replacement runs 300–700 UAH. Corporate clients (contract or volume) get separate terms. We’ll quote the exact price once we know the cartridge model.
