You offer an “upgrade” service — what does that cover?
We select and install an SSD in place of the HDD (3–5× faster boot times), add RAM, and install a second M.2 NVMe drive when a slot is available. We migrate Windows to the new drive without reinstallation or data loss.
What about my data during the repair?
If the repair doesn’t involve the drive, your data is untouched. If we need to replace the drive or reinstall the OS, we always notify you in advance and back up your data to an external drive — free of charge for volumes up to 100 GB.
