Why Does Your Business Need IP Telephony?

IP telephony carries voice as a compressed digital signal over the internet. The core component is the IP PBX, where a DSP processor handles call origination and termination across users. The result is cheaper, more flexible, and more scalable communications than traditional copper lines.

What We Offer

Equipment selection, configuration, deployment, and ongoing support

01

Turnkey IP PBX

We pick a hardware or software IP PBX (Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX, Yeastar, vendor offerings) sized to your call volume and use cases. We configure it, connect SIP providers, and train your staff.

02

SIP Phones and Headsets

We supply and provision SIP phones (Cisco, Yealink, Grandstream, Snom) and headsets. We deploy softphone clients for desktop and mobile use — particularly useful for remote employees.

03

CRM Integration

We connect the PBX to your CRM (Bitrix24, Pipedrive, amoCRM, in-house ERPs). Automatic customer-card pop-ups on inbound calls, full call history, manager performance reports, and meeting analytics.

04

Branch Connectivity and Remote Workers

Unified numbering across offices in different cities, free internal calls, and remote workstations with guaranteed audio quality. All carried over an encrypted VPN.

Benefits of IP Telephony

Why SIP telephony has long since replaced traditional landlines in modern business

Lower call costs

Carrying voice over IP cuts call costs significantly — especially for long-distance and international calls. For a multi-site company, the savings run into tens of thousands of UAH per year.

No telephone cabling

It runs on the same Ethernet network as your internet. No miles of phone outlets and separate wiring. Office relocation? Just plug the phone into Ethernet at the new location.

Number portability across moves

Your direct number stays with you — independent of physical address. Convenient when you change offices, open new locations, or work from home.

Call recording and analytics

Recording of all calls (with party consent where required), missed-call tracking, inbound/outbound stats per agent, call duration, and call geography. Material for training and quality assurance.

How a Deployment Runs

01

Survey and Spec

We assess headcount, use cases (call center / office / hotline), CRM integrations, and recording and analytics requirements.

02

Selection and Supply

We pick the platform (IP PBX, phones, headsets, gateways) and align on a SIP provider and tariff plan.

03

Configuration and Integration

We install and configure the PBX, set up call routing, IVR menus, queues, recording, and CRM integration.

04

Training and Support

We train admins and end users, prepare documentation, and offer SLA-backed support — updates, backups, incident response.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I keep my current phone number?

Yes, in most cases. We port the number from your previous carrier to the SIP provider (the MNP procedure for fixed-line numbers). It typically takes 3 to 14 business days depending on the carrier.

How much does IP telephony cost for a 20-person office?

Ballpark: a software IP PBX on a server, plus 20 mid-range SIP phones, plus configuration and a SIP trunk — from about €1,500 including installation. Then monthly call charges run $40–100 depending on volume. Cheaper than the legacy option.

What if the internet goes down — no calls at all?

The classic concern. The fix: a backup internet link (LTE router), automatic failover of inbound calls to mobile phones, and forwarding to a hotline. Everything is configured during the deployment.

Can we use IP telephony from home?

Yes — through a softphone on a computer or smartphone, or by plugging a SIP phone into the home internet. The employee works exactly as in the office: same numbering, same CRM, same call recording.

Is IP telephony secure? Won’t calls be wiretapped?

SIP itself isn’t encrypted, but we configure TLS/SRTP — encryption of signaling and media. Combined with a VPN and proper network segmentation, the calls are as secure as your other corporate communications.
