Do you serve small businesses, or only enterprise clients?
We serve every scale — from a 5-seat office to industrial sites with 300+ users. For small companies we offer a lightweight format: baseline SLA, cloud services in place of an on-prem server, and ad-hoc work as needed.
We already have a sysadmin — why do we need you?
Your admin handles day-to-day operations well. We add solution-design expertise, authorized licensing, spare parts on hand, and backup for complex incidents. We partner with your IT — we don’t replace it.
Can you help us move to a new office?
Yes. A full “IT relocation”: decommissioning the old infrastructure, cabling the new space, migrating servers and services, and bringing everything online with minimum downtime. We plan in phases so the business doesn’t stop.
Do you only work in Kropyvnytskyi?
Our home region is Kirovohrad Oblast. Larger one-off projects — anywhere in Ukraine. Remote support (SaaS, cloud, monitoring) — from anywhere, regardless of your office location.
