Canon, Epson, HP. Printhead cleaning, CISS (continuous ink supply) restoration, waste-pad replacement, carriage repair, chip reflashing, recovery from dried-ink failure.

Zebra, TSC, Godex, Honeywell and others. Thermal printhead replacement, ribbon-tension calibration, ribbon and label sensor repair, roller cleaning. We service printers used in logistics, warehousing, product labeling, and industrial branding.

Typical Problems We Solve

Print defects

Streaks, spots, faded or uneven print, ghosting, banding. We replace the drum, magnetic roller, or developer unit and clean the fuser. Result — print quality on par with a brand-new device.

Paper not feeding / jams

Pickup rollers wear out, the separation pad hardens, paper sensors get contaminated. Roller replacement and mechanical adjustment restore reliable feeding.

Error codes on the display

E000, F2-20, C2557, 13.20.00, 50.2, Service Required — every manufacturer speaks its own error language. We read service codes and know what’s behind them.

Printer “invisible” on the network

Lost IP, driver issues, incorrect DHCP settings, SMB conflicts. We configure stable network printing across all major operating systems.

Repair Process

Diagnostic

Free express diagnostic — 30–60 minutes. Teardown diagnostic of internal assemblies — quoted separately and credited toward the repair cost if you proceed.

Quote

You receive a specific list of work items and parts with itemized pricing. You decide without pressure — we start the repair only after your approval.

Repair and Testing

We replace only what was approved. Afterward — full testing of print, scan, copy, and network functions. The unit is released only once verified operational.

Warranty

Workmanship — 3 months. Replaced parts — manufacturer’s factory warranty (up to 12 months on original Canon, HP, and Konica Minolta components).

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the diagnostic cost?

Express diagnostic (visual inspection plus a print test) — free. Teardown diagnostic (disassembly to identify the fault) — 200–500 UAH depending on the model. That amount is credited toward the cost of the repair if you decide to proceed.

Do you repair older equipment — say, a printer from 2010?

Yes. We routinely repair equipment that’s 10–15 years old: parts are either in stock or sourced on order. If a part is no longer in production, we’ll tell you up front before any work begins.

Do you offer on-site service, or do I need to bring the equipment in?

For A3 office equipment, large MFPs, and plotters — we come on site. For small desktop printers it’s usually more convenient to bring them in, but on-site service is available too.

Can you service equipment under contract?

Yes. We work with corporate clients under service contracts — scheduled maintenance, priority on-site visits, parts discounts. Email us at site_box@print-image.com and we’ll put together a proposal.

Do you warranty used parts?

Used parts are installed only with the client’s consent and are explicitly noted in the service report. Warranty on a used part covers the workmanship for one month (no warranty on the part itself). For full coverage we install new parts.
